Spray, roller, brush, etc. application. It is advisable to prepare the surface to be painted, it must be well cleaned and if it has traces of paint in bad condition, it is convenient to scrape and clean with caustic water or apply a coat of lime fixer in case there is old paint or in bad condition. If it is for new work dilute the paint adding a 60% of water +\/- and for the second coat between 25 or 30% to assure its anchorage and durability.<\/p>\n
